Hello Panther Family,

My name is Ms. Lorin Qualls, and I am the certified librarian /media specialist for the newly created C.E. King High School 9th grade center. I am the proud mom of beautiful twin girls, Zariah, and Nandi whom I love dearly.  This is my 6th year in education and my second year as a school librarian. I started my teaching career as a health science teacher.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Respiratory Care from the University of Texas Medical Branch. I advanced my academic career by obtaining two master’s degree in Clinical Practice Management and Library Science from Texas Tech University Health Science Center and Sam Houston State University respectively. What I love about being a librarian is sharing my love of all genres of books to everyone that I meet. I believe that you must be the change you want to see, and we should all lead by example. I look forward to serving all populations with their literacy needs.
